I have purchased this 1350W, on Amazon. The sole plate is not that big as claimed. I jusytried using it once. Hence correct rating I can give after using it for sometime. Also on the box a cord winder is shown which is not there on the actual model.
How to register for warranty of this product.?
One of the worst experience i ever had in my life dead on arrival product recieved and also stretched and also not giving refund on time and delaying my money and time wasting i will never recommend philips product to anyone and expose them on every platform
The ironing machine is working well. Easy to use!
No one should buy directly from the company.I bought it from them on September 17th.i call their customer care, they say they can resolve your issue within 24 hours. It's been 13 days and no reply from them. You can buy them from places like Flipkart and Amazon. No one should buy any product from the company directly. They say that if you call their customer care, everything will be resolved within 24 hours; yet, even after 13 days, there is no resolution. No one should be deceived for this reason.
Nice work
